一、產(chǎn)品概述 Gener
1. 用于建筑配電系統(tǒng)絕緣電纜支接、低壓架空絕緣電纜連接、低壓絕緣進(jìn)戶電纜支接、路配 電 系燈統(tǒng)等。
2. 主線：絕緣銅或鋁
3. 支線：絕緣銅或鋁
4. 可帶電或停電作業(yè)
5. 穿刺線夾主體采用高強(qiáng)度，抗機(jī)械變化和氣候變化的絕緣材料制成。
6. 配有緊固力矩螺母的螺釘經(jīng)抗腐蝕處理，力矩螺母使安裝更簡便、安全、快捷，其恒定刺壓力穿可確保電纜連接達(dá)到需要的電氣效果。
7. 穿刺線夾具有防水功能，可在水中耐受電壓6KV無擊穿現(xiàn)象。
8. 密封防水支線端蓋，可防止水浸入支接導(dǎo)線，支線端可根據(jù)需要左側(cè)或右側(cè)分支。

7. The connector is featured with property of waterproof, it is able to withstand voltage of 6KV in water without breakdown phenomenon.
8. The waterproof sealing end cap of branch line prevents water fromentering into the branch connected conductor. It can be branched on the left or right side according to the demand.

可根據(jù)分支線的插入方向來改變防水支線帽的安放位置支線帽可隨意拆卸和安裝要保證力矩螺母面向操作人員。
The placing position of waterproof branch wire cap that may be assembled and disassembled randomly can be changed according to theinsertiondirectionofbranch wire. And, the torque nut must be faced to
the operator.
 
1.安裝前請檢查穿刺線夾是否適用于導(dǎo)線。
2.絕緣穿刺線閃適用于單層絕緣導(dǎo)線。
3.絕緣穿刺線夾可以被拆卸，但不可重復(fù)使用。
4.導(dǎo)線需清潔，無損傷。
5.如溫度低于-10℃，請加熱導(dǎo)線外皮。
1.Before installing the piercing connector, check whether it is suitable for the conductor or not.
2.The insulation piercing connector is suitable for the single-layer insulating conductor.
3.The insulation piercing connector may be disassembled, but the repeated use is unallowable.
4.The conductor needs cleaning, and it should be perfect.
5.If the temperature is lower than -10℃, please heat the outer layer of conductor.
先將支線插入支線帽的盡頭(即確保已插入支線帽內(nèi)的防水橡膠圈)再交連接器卡在主線的分支位置。
First, fully insert the branch wire into the branch cap (ensure it has been inserted into waterproof rubber ring
of the branch wire cap), hen,plugtheconnector intothebranch position of main wire.		 用手?jǐn)Q連接器上端的螺母，使連接器固定在主線分支位置上。
Tighten the nut at the top of connector by hands, to make the connector fix in the branch position of main wire.		 用套筒扳手(勿使用開口扳手)擰連接器機(jī)頂端的力矩螺母(遇雙螺母時，請兩個螺母交替擰)，擰至力矩螺母斷裂脫落即可完成安裝(擰力矩螺母的同時，在連接器下端加助力板手，可使安裝更為省力。
Tighten the torque nut at the top of connector (if it is the dual-nut, please tighten them alternately) with the box spanner not the open spanner, till it is cracked and comes off, the installation is completed (while tightening the torque nut, please add the assisted spanner at the bottom of connector, thus, the installation is more comfortable).
