一、產(chǎn)品概述 General

XKM/JH27系列接線端子由絕緣基座、接線框、防護(hù)罩三部分組成，接線框由導(dǎo)線夾、螺釘、螺母和支承框組成，導(dǎo)線夾與導(dǎo)線接觸面呈包容形的犬牙交錯(cuò)結(jié)構(gòu)，具有接觸面大、壓接可靠的特點(diǎn)，通過不同形狀的導(dǎo)線夾的相互組合，使其不僅具有目前使用的接線端子的一般功能，還可派生出大電流分線端子、干線"T”接端子和母線排接線端子。滿足了所有電控配電、成套裝置中的大截面導(dǎo)線連接和導(dǎo)線的分接等各種用途。由于導(dǎo)電部件結(jié)構(gòu)獨(dú)特，使得導(dǎo)線的接入更為方便快捷，使用時(shí)只需剝?nèi)?dǎo)線絕緣而無需對線端做任何處理便可接入，再也不需一大堆工具伴其左右。使用便捷、工效倍增。該產(chǎn)品的絕緣材料選用優(yōu)質(zhì)增強(qiáng)工程塑料，該材料具有優(yōu)異的電氣性能、耐燃性和抗腐蝕性及絕佳的機(jī)械性能，具有較強(qiáng)的抗振動(dòng)和抗沖擊性能，適用范圍廣。
XKM/JH27 power distribution block is composed of insulator foot, wire frame, protective cover. The wire frame is made up of clamp, screw, nut and supporting fixture. A closed interlocking structure is formed between clamp and conductor contact surface, with large contact surface and reliable crimping. Through combinations of different shapes
of clamps, it can serve as heavy current terminal connector, trunk line T -type connector and busbar connector. It can be applied to large-section conductor connection and branch connection in all electric control distribution equipment and complete equipment. Due to original structure of conductive parts, it is more convenient for conductor to enter only to strip the insulator of conductor, and not to do any treatment for wire terminal Conductor. Therefore, it fully shows high efficiency. Its insulation material is made of the first-class reinforced engineering plastic, which has perfect electric performance, flame resistance, anti-corrosion and mechanical performance, vibration prevention, impact resistance as well as wide application range.

三、安裝與使用 Installation & us

XKM/JH27系列接線端子采用螺釘(非導(dǎo)軌)安裝方式，牢固可靠。使用時(shí)只需旋松螺釘，抬起導(dǎo)線夾，插入導(dǎo)線擰螺釘，蓋上防護(hù)罩即可。
This series of terminal block is installed with the screws, firm and reliable. When using, only to loosen the screw, put up the clamp, insert the conductor, tighten the screw and, shut the protective cover down.
