| XKM/HY系列電能計(jì)量聯(lián)合接線盒是在原生產(chǎn)的XKM/DFY1、2和XKM/PJ1、2型電能計(jì)量聯(lián)合接線盒的基礎(chǔ)上新開發(fā)的產(chǎn)品。為配合電力部門采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)接線及安全測(cè)試創(chuàng)造了良好的條件。 該產(chǎn)品是電能計(jì)量裝置標(biāo)準(zhǔn)接線盒中的新一代接線盒，也適用于額定電壓至660V、額定電流至20A的二次回路中，作為帶負(fù)荷情況下安全調(diào)換成現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢驗(yàn)電能表、電氣儀表、繼電保護(hù)等電氣設(shè)備之用，確保了人身操作安全，對(duì)提高了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工作效率提供了保障。 | |||||
| XKM/HYtype energy-measuring combined terminal blocks are the latest products developed on the basis of former XKM/DFY1 and 2 type and XKM/PJ1 and 2 type energy measuring combined terminal blocks. The product provides favorable conditions for standard connection and safe test of electric power department. As for the standard terminal block boxes of the energy measuring device, the product is a new generation of terminal block, suitable for the circuit of rated voltage 660V and rated current 20A, performing the safe adjustment and field test of watt-hour meter, electric meter, relaying protection device, etc. under on-load conditions, to make sure the safety of human operation and provide the guarantee of improving the field working efficiency. | |||||
| 二、結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn) Structural features | |||||
| 1、該產(chǎn)品全部采用了高分子聚碳酸酯材料注制而成。因而它具有阻燃性，耐高溫，不吸水、潮 濕 、 絕抗緣性能好，抗沖擊、不易碎裂、抗老化等多種優(yōu)質(zhì)特性。結(jié)構(gòu)合理，色澤鮮， 外 形 美艷觀。各相電壓、電流具有相序顏色標(biāo)志，既方便聯(lián)合接線，又可避免因相序錯(cuò) 而 造 成接計(jì)量錯(cuò)誤。帶封印螺絲，可防竊電。 2、采用透明蓋板，既能觀察到接線盒內(nèi)部的工作狀態(tài)；既直觀，又安全可靠；有的底板和外殼全部采用透明材料，既安裝方便，又可透視到盒內(nèi)所有導(dǎo)電部件，達(dá)到了檢修方便、安全用電的目的。 3、盒內(nèi)各回路中專門設(shè)置了測(cè)試孔，十分方便插入測(cè)試筆，極大地方便了安全檢查和測(cè)試。 1、The product adopts high-molecular polycarbonate material and is made by injection moulding process, therefore, it has the advantages such as flame retardant, high temperature resistance, no water absorption, moisture resistance, favorable insulation, impact resistance, no easy to crack, aging resistance and so on. It is featured with reasonable structure, vivid color and nice appearance. In addition, the voltage and current of each phase has the mark of phase sequence color, so it is easy for combined connection and avoids the measurement error that is caused by wrong phase sequence. It is fixed with sealing screw that is helpful for preventing the electricity being stolen. 2、Because the cover plate is made of transparent material, it not only can take convenience for viewing the operation state of terminal block inside, but also can facilitate the installation and make sure the reliability of connection. And, some bedplates and enclosures are also made of transparent material, it is very easy for installing, besides, the conductive parts in the terminal block may be watched, so as to achieve the goal of convenient maintenance and safe power utilization. 3、Some test holes are equipped at the circuits, which can facilitate the insertion of test pen and take the great convenience for safety examination and test. | |||||
